(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.) There is a delay of 562 days in representing the papers. 2.Mr.T.Ravi Kumar, learned Senior standing counsel, taking notice for the respondent-Revenue, submitted that he has no objection for condoning the delay.

3.Further, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had availed the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme and hence, the appeal may be numbered and listed for admission, enabling the petitioner to withdraw the appeal.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are in order and list the same for admission on 14.07.2021.

6.Mr.N.V.Narayanan, learned counsel representing Mr.N.V.Balaji submitted that he has got instructions to appear for the petitioner in this matter and also undertook to file vakalat before 13.07.2021.
