The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition to direct the respondents to take action on the representations of the petitioner dated 27.12.2011 and 05.04.2012 in accordance with law and give protection to the petitioner to carry on his profession.

the petitioner as party-in-person, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.In view of the above submission made by the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
