Mr.R.Chakkaravarthy, Government Counsel COMMON ORDER Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner, Mr.R.Senthil Kumar, has settled the dues of Rs.51,19154/- along with interest to the tune of Rs.28,17,774/- with the third respondent.

The learned Government counsel for the third respondent would submit that, in light of the said settlement, the third respondent has dropped all coercive action against the petitioner.

Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as settled. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
