This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.1470 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today when the matter called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that in the above crime number, Charge Sheet has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvotriyur, and the same was taken on file under Section 294(b), 323, 326, 506(ii) I.P.C.in C.C.No.192 of 2017.
