Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 herein to give police protection to the petitioner as well as members of Boyar Community of Vasanthapuram and Thandagoundanoor Villages for worshipping the deity of Mariamman Temple at Thandagoundanoor Village, Namakkal Taluk and District as per the Decree dt 27.10.1994 made in O.S. No.291 of 1989 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court Namakkal.
