2 THE TAHSILDAR ERODE TALUK, ERODE DT 3 R.KRISHNAVENI W/O.LATE.NAGARAJAN, NO.36, VAANI PILLAIYAR KOIL STREET, ERODE Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim stay of the operation of the degree and the judgment dated 08.12.2016 made in A.S.No.75 of 2015 on the file of the Honourable Principal Sub Court, Erode (in CMP No.5648 of 2017 IN SA.243/2017) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PAVENDHAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Suit filed by the plaintiff came to be decreed and on appeal by the third defendant, it was allowed, and consequently, the Suit was dismissed. In the light of the dismissal of the Suit, there is no judgment and decree remains to be stayed. Therefore, this petition for stay is dismissed.
