The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to appoint the petitioner to the post of Pharmacist by giving priority in the next arising vacancy to be filled up for the years 2012-2012 by implementing the orders passed by this Court made in W.P.No.145 of 2006 dated 24.08.2010.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. Considering the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
