Earlier when the matter was called on 06.08.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the papers have been returned to the petitioner long back. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to file a memo to that effect. Accordingly, a memo dated 06.08.2020 was filed by the learned counsel on record for the petitioner. It is also stated that the petitioner's husband Mr.Ramachandran was informed of the case being listed on 25.08.2020 through WhatsApp on 05.08.2020. As the learned counsel on record for the petitioner had filed the memo, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner.
