ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first and second Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2022 and complete their lawful inquiry in time.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the immovable property admeasuring 68.4/6 cents situated in S.No.50/1 and admeasuring 1.64 Acres in Ka.Re.S.No.50/2 if Iveli Village, Maavelipalayam post, Sankari Taluk, Salem District through two registered Sale Deeds dated 10.03.1986 and 16.06.1986, duly registered as Doc.No.195/1986 and 373/1986 respectively. the petitioner made a representation on 11.01.2022 before the first and the second Respondents. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, the second Respondent issued notice on 27.01.2022. However, till date no action has been taken. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.

3.Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2022 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court. 4.The Special Government Pleader has no objection for said order being passed and he fairly conceded that the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2022 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
