ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.5(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.31619 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31619 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, i.e., first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 07.02.2025 ata Page No.2 of 3
