This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashing of F.I.R in Crime No.68 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(2) and 307 of IPC, on file of the respondent Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent would submit that investigation has been completed and a final report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vellore in P.R.C.No.9 of 2019.

3.Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become Infructuous. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.
