By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission itself.

2. According to the petitioner, she was employed as Assistant Professor in the fourth respondent college on 04.06.2014 as per the order passed by the third respondent vide proceedings dated 02.06.2014 in RC No.A1/2731/13-II. Since the petitioner found some discrepancies in the seniority list maintained by the fourth respondent, she submitted separate representations dated 27.11.2018 to the respondents 3 and 4 requesting to rectify the same. Finding no response on the said representations, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents not to make changes in the Seniority list without following due process of law.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if her representation dated 27.11.2018 is directed to be considered by the respondents, for which, Ms.Thangavadhana Balakrishnan, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents has no serious objection.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and haivng regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
