ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of graduate assistant.

The petitioner had completed her decree in B.A in the year 1986 and completed her B.Ed.,(Histroy) in the year 1990. She enrolled herself with the employment exchange. However, she was not called for any appointment for the post of B.T. Assistant. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed with the above said prayer. 3.

Now the recruitment rules are amended and the selection process for the post of teachers is done only by the Teachers' Recruitment Board and the minimum eligibility for appointment is to pass Teachers Eligibility Test. Therefore, the direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted and it is liable to be dismissed. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
