ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30937 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 tha the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily everydat at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30937 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024., is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
