This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to call for the records pertaining to CC.No.12 of 2007, before the Special Court for the TNPID Act, 1997, Coimbatore and quash the same.
2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is dead and hence, this petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
