O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner seeks a direction to respondents to produce her daughter V.Bindhu, aged about 17 = years before this Court and hand over to the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Petitioner is present. Her daughter, the detenue, has been produced by second respondent. Birth certificate of the detenue informs her date of birth to be 17.03.2001. Detenue is not agreeable to return to the parental home. Such position has been informed to petitioner/her mother. Detenue shall be lodged at Child Welfare Committee, 13, Dr. Abdul Kalam Street, MDM Nagar, Thiruvallure, till she attains the age of 18 whereupon she would be free to act on her own volition.
