Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.R.SANKARA LINGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S C.K.M.APPAJI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time for payment of the amount of Rs.1,30,000/- to the respondent in Crl.R.C.No.301 of 2016 dated 07.11.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to health reasons the petitioner was not able to comply with the said condition imposed in the earlier order of this Court, dated 07.11.2019, namely, to effect payment of Rs.1,30,000/- to the respondent.

4. Acceding to the said request, time is granted till 03.03.2020 to effect payment of such amount to the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This Crl.M.P. is ordered accordingly.
