[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Alleging that the order of this Court dated 27.06.2014 passed in W.A.No. 441 of 2014 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner./party-in-person. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that a Special Leave Petition in SLP (C) No.5475 of 2015 has been filed, wherein this contempt proceedings have been stayed.

4.In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach this Court, if necessity arises.
