NO. 113/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police at 10.30am on every Monday imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.NO.6837/2021 in Crl.MP.6193/2021 in Crl.OP.9148/2021 by order dated 14.07.2021 by this Hon`ble Court in Crime No.113/2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, M-3, Puzhal Police Station, Chennai and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SRINIVASA RAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6837 of 2021 in Crl.M.P.No.6193 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9148 of 2021, dated 14.07.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation and Charge Sheet has been filed before the trial Court.

Hence, in view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram, Tiruvallur District, on every hearing without fail.
