ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31607 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024 that the petitioner/accused shall report before the respondent police every day at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph no.4(b) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31607 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once a week, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
