This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.32125 of 2022 on 23.12.2022 to report before the respondent police every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
