Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent vide his letter No.SE/CEDC/N/AEE/Dev/AE/D2/F.HT Doc./PR 463-1/04 dated 01.12.2004, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to effect a new power supply at 11 KV for a maximum demand of 2,750 KVA to the petitioner's new unit situated at No.36/1, 36/2, 43/1A, Sadayankuppam Village, Saidapet Taluk, Chengalpattu District vide their application dated 26.08.2004 immediately on payment of charges as applicable to the petitioner under industrial tariff without insisting upon the petitioner to execute an indemnity bond.
