ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.01.2020 for granting promotion in accordance with law.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 15.01.2020 within a specified time.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the 3rd respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time.

5. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.01.2020 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
