ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.3428 of 1992 dated 23.12.2003, whereby the Tribunal declined to interfere with the order of recovery.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no recovery is made.
3. In view of the said submission, the writ petition stands closed. However, we make it clear that as and when recovery is sought to be made, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge it in the manner known to law. No costs.
