2. Counsel for petitioner has filed a Memo stating that the petitioner is not pressing the petition, in view of the fact that the relief sought for by the petitioner has been complied with. A copy of the order appointing the petitioner's son A.Suresh Babu, as Road Worker is filed as proof. Copy of the order and memo filed herewith to be form part of the case record. In view of the aforesaid memo, the Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly. In view of the fact that the parties and counsel on record had signed the memo, their signatures are dispensed with. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
3. The full Court fee shall be refunded to the petitioner in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu CourtFees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994 and there shall be no demand for additional Court fee.
