Prayer in W.P.No.30787 of 2013 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent herein dated 30.10.2012 in his proceedings No.57567/Uo4/Uo2/2006 and quash the same.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This is an application to seek condonation of delay of 755 days in re-presenting the appeal.

2. The appeal has been filed to challenge the order dated 21.03.2018 passed in W.P.No.30787 of 2013. On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the application, we do not find any plausible reason to condone the delay. We also do not find any infirmity in the order impugned and accordingly, we see no ground to condone the delay of 755 days in re-presentation. Accordingly, this application to condone the delay is dismissed. Consequently, the Writ Appeal is rejected at the SR stage itself.
