Respondent PRAYER: This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.16239 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19813 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.16239 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19813 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16239 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19813 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
