This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 175 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 175 days in filing the appeal is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.

5. The Registry is directed to number this appeal and list this matter on 21.03.2024 along with C.M.A.No.35 of 2024.
