PRAYER :

Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records and quash the Award dt 28.7.11 passed in I.D: 164 of 2005 I.D.No: 184 of 2009, ID.No: 165 of 2005, I.D No: 245 of 2008, I.D.No: 183 of 2009, I.D.No: 166 of 2005, I.D.No: 167 of 2005 by the 1st respondent Presiding Officer Principal Labour Court Vellore.

: Mr.Gupta for M/s.Gupta and Ravi Respondent No.1 in all WPs : Labour Court For Respondent No.2 : Mr.S.T.Varadarajulu in all WPs COMMON ORDER Since the petitioner in all the writ petitions are one and the same and the issue involved in all the writ petitions are also one and the same, the aforesaid writ petitions are heard together.

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner company is in the moratorium stage and I.D.R.S. also to be appointed since the proceedings pending before the NCLT, the present writ petition could be subject to the decision to be taken by the NCLT. Accordingly, all the writ petitions stand closed for the present. No costs.
