ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records in the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.493 of 2018 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police, and quash the same.

2.The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.493 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506 (i) IPC on the file of the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this is a case in counter. The alleged complaint is against the accused and the same has been registered in Crime No.494 of 2018 u/s.147, 294(b), 323 506(i) and 379 IPC and the same is pending on the file of the 1st respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the 1st respondent police is hereby directed to conduct enquiry of both F.I.Rs by following police standing orders under Section 588(a) and complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
