3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has no objection in allowing the present petition.

4.Since the learned counsel for the petitioners has given sufficient reasons for his non appearance on 08.12.2022, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

AS.No.493/2011 is restored on file.
