PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents, their men, agents, servants, subordinates or anybody acting on their behalf from in any way interfering with the petitioners' profession, i.e., practice in Sidda, Ayurvedic, Homeo and Alternative medicines.

When the matter was listed for hearing on 17.12.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 21.12.2021 under the caption "For Dismissal". https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Even today, i.e., on 23.12.2021, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners. Thus, it is evident that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.18934 of 2010 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
