Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records connected with the Government order issued in G.O. (Ms) No.215 Health and Family Welfare (AB2) Department dt 3.7.2008 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue training certificate to the petitioner and appoint the petitioner as Food Inspector.

ORDER
