The petitioner, alleging that she has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable u/s.147, 148, 341, 324 IPC & section 3[1][x] SC&ST Act seek a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal, to consider the bail application filed by the petitioner on surrendering before that court, on the same day and dispose of the same in Crime No.183/2010 on the file of the respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice.

AP 4.Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal, there shall be a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal to consider the bail application of the petitioner on merits and pass appropriate order on the same day of her surrender.
5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
