ORDER

When this writ petition was taken up, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that the petitioner failed to comply with the interim direction issued by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2010 dated 31.08.2010. It is also seen that this Court passed an order on 12.11.2014 observing that the respondent is at liberty to proceed further against the petitioner, in view of the noncompliance of the order dated 31.08.2010 passed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thereafter, no steps have been taken to comply with the order dated 31.08.2010. In these circumstances, there is no purpose in keeping this writ petition pending and accordingly the writ petition is closed. No costs.
