Despite a conditional order passed by this Court on 03.09.2025, directing the learned counsel for the petitioner to produce the translated copy of the proceedings and other relevant documents available in Tamil language on the next hearing date i.e., on 17.09.2025, failing which, the writ petition will be dismissed, however, today there is no representation for the petitioner nor the translated copies are filed in the Registry. Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
