ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 3 to 4 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner by considering the petitioner complaint dated 13.12.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and closed in CSR No.1070 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed and it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate competent Civil Court .
