ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant to relax the condition No.10 (iii) imposed on the petitioner/appellant by this Court while granting bail in Crl.A.No.1446 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024, to appear before the respondent police once in a week until further orders.

3. It is seen that the investigation has not been completed and the charge sheet has not been filed. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to relax the said condition.
