O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 12.06.2013 passed in W.A.No.2238 of 2011.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that, the order of this Court dated 12.06.2013 has been duly complied with and a copy of the proceedings dated 17.08.2016 has been produced before this Court in proof thereof. Learned counsel for the Appellant has also affirmed the said statement.

3. In view of the above stated position made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity in keeping the matter pending and therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs.
