ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willfully and wantonly disobeyed the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.12704 of 2020 dated 16.09.2020 as per the Contempt of Court Act. 2.A compliance report has been filed by the 3rd respondent to the effect that the survey was conducted on 28.05.2021 and the property was sub-divided and orders were passed to that effect on 01.06.2021.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner also acknowledged the fact that the survey was conducted and the orders were passed. The learned counsel submitted that by virtue of this sub-division, the bore well and the service connection which stood in the name of the petitioner have been given in favour of her son. The petitioner has therefore, made a representation to the 3rd respondent on 22.07.2021, requesting for issuing a common patta insofar as the bore well is concerned. The learned counsel submitted that a direction can be given to the 3rd respondent to consider the same and it will not prejudice anyone since, the water can be used by all the parties to irrigate the agricultural lands.

4.The 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner. The petitioner shall make a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent along with a copy of this order.
