ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for records of the 2nd respondent in connection with impugned proceedings namely bearing reference No.Ref No.ROC 1973/2014/A2 dated 25.02.2015 including the connected disciplinary proceedings and quash the same.

2. The petitioner was placed under suspension through the impugned order, in view of the initiation of disciplinary proceedings initiated after issuance of a charge memo dated 30.01.2015. This Court passed an interim order dated 24.06.2015, staying the operation of the impugned order.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court today by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that during pendency of Page No. 2 of 5

this writ petition the disciplinary proceedings that were initiated against the petitioner were concluded by passing an order dated 21.06.2017, imposing punishment on the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, the cause in this writ petition does not survive and this writ petition has become infructuous and hence it is accordingly closed. No costs.
