O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 28.11.2008 passed by the first respondent wherein all pending applications for grant of Mini Bus permits where applicants have moved this Court and obtained certain directions could be considered and disposed of on merits, except in Virudhunagar District. Challenging the said order, the present writ petition is filed before this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the decision of this Court applied all over Tamilnadu excluding the district viz., Virudhunagar District, is unsustainable. 3.However, after expiry of 10 years, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
