The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to return the sale deed of the petitioner dated 10.03.2005 in Ref.No.P7/2005 with proper registration forthwith.
2. When the matter is called, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition has already become infructuous since after registration of the Sale Deed on payment of the necessary stamp duty, it was released to the petitioner.
3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
