ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to issue transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on her representations dated 24.12.2024 and 03.03.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. It is now represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) that he has received written instructions from the second respondent stating that the petitioner's representations seeking for transfer of patta are under consideration. However, as on date, no formal order has been passed by the official respondents on the aforesaid petitioner's representations. Therefore, the official respondents are directed to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the aforesaid representations of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the same to the petitioner to enable her, if so aggrieved, to challenge the same in the manner known to her under law. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. 18-02-2026 RKM
