PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengulpet to dispose the above said S.C.No.20 of 2014 within the time fixed by this Court in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengulpet to dispose the S.C.No.20 of 2014 within the time fixed by this Court in accordance with law.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.In view of the fact that the proceedings are pending from the year 2014, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengulpet to expedite the trial in S.C.No.20 of 2014 and complete the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
