Learned Counsel for the Second and Third Respondents, on instructions, states that the education loan has been sanctioned to the Petitioner for the Third and Fourth Year of the Course of study and the same would be sanctioned for the final year also, when it falls due.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the Second and Third Respondents, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that nothing nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter and has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.
