2. Mr.K.V.Sajeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 9 would state that, this Court, by order dated 18.08.2021, specifically directed the third respondent/builder to rectify the deviation and complete the construction, and hand over flats to the purchasers of the subject property, within a period of six months.

3. Mrs.A.Jagadeeswari, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent brought to the notice of this Court that, in view of non-cooperation of the third respondent, they are unable to get instructions from them.
