ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.17892 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23765 of 2024 dated Page No.1 of 4

17.12.2024 and Crl.O.P.No.23765 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024 to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23765 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.17892 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23765 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 is totally relaxed.
