Earlier, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that he has handed over the papers to the petitioner and hence, Registry is directed to print the name of the petitioner. When the above Writ Petition was posted on 16.09.2019 for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was posted today "for dismissal".
