ORDER

This application has been filed to implead the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent viz. 1) Sivanammal as 3rd respondent ii) Rajipriya as 4th respondent and Rajalakshmi as 5th respondent in the above Arb.O.P.No.339 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. On perusal of the records, it is seen that it is not necessary to once again implead Sivanammal, W/o.Mahendran, since Sivanammal is already a party to the Original Petition as 1st respondent.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, Rajipriya and Rajalakshmi are impleaded as 3rd and 4th respondents, respectively. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

5. There shall be a direction to the learned counsel for the petitioner to take private notice to the impleaded 3rd and 4th respondents, returnable by 23.02.2026. The 1st respondent has already been served with notice and the name of the 1st respondent has already been printed in the cause list.

6. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main Original Petition and post the same on 23.02.2026. 09-02-2026 Asi
